Emotional well-being is the fundamental pillar on which a child’s growth and development are built. At St. Andrew’s, we focus on this area as an integral part of our approach. Through the Cambridge Wellbeing program, we organize workshops and activities that reinforce the skills promoted and strengthened throughout the year in each group. Currently, in Kindergarten and Prep, we are learning about healthy habits, emotions, and friendship in a dynamic and engaging way with interactive activities such as role-playing and puppets. We have explored how routines, nutrition, sleep, and hygiene are essential for our well-being. We have also identified different emotions and considered how to resolve conflicts with friends respectfully.
